On January 29, 2026, Monumentenzorg welcomed local businesses and other stakeholders to the third Scharloo ‘Buurtborrel’ (Community Mixer).
It was an evening of meaningful conversations, new connections, and shared ambition for the future of Scharloo.
During the gathering, we formally thanked former director Marcel Dennert for his many years of dedicated service to Monumentenzorg and to the neighborhood. Our current director, Maghalie van der Bunt-George, shared her vision for the challenges and opportunities ahead and invited all present to remain actively involved in Scharloo’s continued development.
Monumentenzorg is committed to playing a proactive and connecting role in this process. Scharloo is evolving — and we are shaping that future together.
